Salary: 70 Lakhs per annum
Reportees: Team of 46
(1)Includes 4 zonal heads at Bangalore, Mumbai & Delhi to whom report 20 Partner Managers for indirect sales through channel partners & 12 Customer account managers for direct sales
(2)1 pre-sales head to whom report 8 territory manager pre-sales.
(3) 1 sales support
Education: BE + MBA
Job:
(a)Business Head handling the Sales & Pre-Sales team for ICS business at the national level.
- Person will be responsible setting and achieving the Revenue and Sales AOP for the ICS & Managed Services Vertical.
(b)Will be responsible for forming strategies and methods specific to driving the business and next three years growth plan
(c)Competency Assessment and Capability creation at the team level
Experience:
Total Experience: 18-20 Years.
- 10 + years of experience in handling Team
- 5+ Years of experience as a Team Lead/Business Unit head in Cloud, Datacenter & SaaS
- Must have considerable Business, Market & Network/SaaS/Cloud Knowledge.
- Strategic Capability in areas of Market/Planning/Channels/Customers
- Knowledge of different IT Platforms/Tools
- Good knowledge of ICS product portfolio and related products and services
- Knowledge of Techno-commercial Technical understanding and Solution Consulting of Sizing/planning/prerequisites for specific products
- Has Execution excellence, Internal Stakeholder Management Skills, People Leadership, Assertiveness, Business Acumen, Coaching Skills
