Role: VP - Sales Head - Credit Card
Location: Mumbai
Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 10 years with 5 years in credit cards sales/ business development.
- Conversant with card systems on originations, card management and interface with other linked systems.
- Good analytical skills to work on campaigns management
- Good presentation skills (conversant with MS Office)
Education / Preferred Qualifications
- MBA Degree/PGDM from a recognized university.
- Specialization in Digital Payments will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
- The position will be responsible for driving credit card acquisition. It includes sales channel development and user journeys management for credit cards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Role is expected to manage End-to-end sales structure and drive business acquisition outcomes for credit cards.
- Sales Management: Work collaboratively with internal teams to
- Build new card acquisition channels
- Build user journeys for seamless onboarding
- Drive sales across channels
- Stakeholder & vendor management
- Work with internal stakeholders - Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Collections, Audit and Service.
- Regulatory compliance and assessment
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines for all acquisition related parameters.
- Ensure compliance of card guidelines
Job Duties & responsibilities:
- Acquiring credit card business from in house and open market clients from various channels
- This will involve pitching credit cards to Internal Bank customers or through Open market visitation, corporate visits, Tele Sales, etc.
- Lead generation of customers and Checking eligibility, explaining features and pricing, is required for getting the application picked physically or through digital mode
- Tracking business picked for timely submission and processing
- Application to be complete in line with the policy guidelines and once completed the picked from the client to be submitted to Processing unit on daily basis.
- Ensuring activation of the Credit cards sold
- Ensuring right card is sold to right client, with proper explanation of features & offers at the time of sale This will ensure card activation as per product requirement within 3months of card issuance
- Taking over newly acquired clients and connecting with them to explain spending offers available to them for increasing card usage and other X sell sales
