Vice President/Head - Projects - Data Center

Project head (Technical guy who understand the data center business)

- Expertise in setting up the data center, Liaising with the regulatory, understand the complete engineering, construction, project management,

- Lead the technical team (Project, energy, civil, etc.)

- Set up the budget of the project (depending upon the megawatt), identify the location for setting up the data center

- Construction of the data center

- Should have the regulatory knowledge/ any relationship with the regulatory?

- Designing, development, and Concept to commissioning the project, project management, budget preparation, cost management, etc.

- Finalize the vendor

- Someone who has set up the entire server, data center/ IT Infra.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Data Center Design/Architecture and Build

- Site Validation

- Setting up concept design, scope and expectation with Design Consultants

- Internal approvals including capex budget, RFP

Timely & Cost-Efficient Delivery of Projects :

- Close coordination with Real Estate, Planning, Engineering and Design teams.

- Responsible for meeting timelines and quality criteria for new Data Centers

Driving Synergies between project & business objectives

- Analyzing and defining requirement of new projects for planning purpose.

- Dashboard release for site quality, cost, delivery & safety

- Installation, testing and commissioning of system (IST- Integrated system testing)

- BE/B.Tech/MTech/MBA from a reputed Institute.

- 15-20 years of experience in Data Center or IT infrastructure with 5+ years in the leadership role
