Job Description :


- Leading end-to-end product marketing efforts for our Client.



- Responsible for product marketing strategy that would include positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging

automating operations and ensuring intelligent 3PL management.

- The intuitive platform provides complete visibility of first, middle and last-mile operations, unlocks operational efficiency, and leverages real-time analytics to make informed decisions.



- They are clocking an annual growth rate of 3x, and last year we increased our team by 75%.


Description:

As a VP - Product Marketing Head - the role will involve heading product marketing as in-charge of 4 product verticals, having a direct reporting of 8+ members tasked with the following key responsibilities:

- Go-To-Market: Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in conjunction with other stakeholders such as Product and Sales. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your area of focus.

- Product Strategy: Talk to customers, conduct market research, work with our product analysts and acquire insights that will inform the product strategy



- Product Communication: Plan the launch of new related products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Manage rollout of new features / product updates via blogs, webinars, email campaigns, Internal comms/training etc



- Content: Create customer facing thought leadership content - ebooks, whitepapers , customer success stories to evangelize, engage and excite current and potential client base



- Sales enablement: Create and conduct enablement training on new updates and its benefits/ value for field sales and other customer facing teams



- Market Analysis: Analyze RFPs, demos, competition etc to understand the gaps in client's products and communicate the gaps to product teams to influence the product roadmap



- Customer Intelligence: Be the expert on buyers of the product, how they buy and their buying criteria.



- Competitive analysis: Follow and analyze competitors and other market trends to create competitive differentiators on leading competitors and their offerings.


Profile :

- MBA/PGD from tier-1 B-School.

- 10-15 years of relevant experience and deep exposure to Product Marketing.



- Must be from the SaaS industry.



- Specialized in building markets and driving business growth for technology solutions



- You possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills



- You have strong presentation skills
