Vice President/Head - Marketing - FMCG

We are searching for a Head of Marketing for our client in Delhi. Our client is a large FMCG / Direct Sales organization having a business of over 1000 cr annually.

The incumbent will be formally establishing the Marketing Department for the organization and setting the strategies for the same. There's much to do in BTL activities, campaigns & communication at this time (not as much in ATL for the time being)

The ideal candidate would:

- Have some formal education in Marketing (MBA preferred)

- At least 15 years in the Marketing domain

- At least 3 years as a Head of the function

- Have very good experience in BTL activities, Events, Campaigns

- Have very good experience in Internal communication

- Have good experience in supporting the internal sales force

- Have experience in Digitial Marketing, Advertising, email campaigns

- Have experience in creating positive PR for the organization

- Have experience in creating and executing marketing strategies for the organization

- Have excellent communication skills

- Have a pleasing and grounded personality (MUST)
