Job Description : Responsible to increase current institutional market share of Mumbai in both Fixed Income and Equity

Description :
- Responsible for Relationship Management, Reactivation and Business Development. Strengthening existing relationships to create a long term asset book
- Increase market share and revenue from assigned relationships and through the team.
- Conduct meetings with clients/institutional brokers, understand their needs and suggest appropriate products
- Update clients with latest market developments and fund house views regularly
- Mentor and lead a team for enhanced market share
- Leverage on MIS and other market data for effective sales
- Observe competition, clients and share timely feedback to the team
Profile :
Knowledge required for the role:
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and other financial products
- Strong product knowledge
- Business Acumen
- Deep understanding of Sales process

- Deliver good presentations
- Network and use market intelligence for increasing reach in the market
