Role Overview:

As the Head of Incubation, you will take ownership of the incubation roadmap, including elements like mentorship, business partnerships, corporate collaborations, and knowledge-sharing resources. Your role will involve overseeing program implementation across various tracks, ensuring high-quality outcomes and robust financial health. Building strong relationships with donors, funding partners, mentors, and faculty is essential. You'll also play a strategic role within the leadership team, influencing key organizational decisions and representing the organization externally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Incubation Roadmap: Design and drive the roadmap for the incubation ecosystem, including mentorship programs, business services, corporate partnerships, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Program Implementation and Quality Control: Oversee the effective execution of all incubation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and excellence in delivery.

- Program Design and Codification: Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and documentation of incubation processes, from ideation to early revenue stages.

- Outcome Ownership: Manage program outcomes, ensuring financial health, rigor, and alignment with long-term goals.

- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, lasting relationships with donors, funding partners, mentors, and academia.

- Strategic Influence and Representation: Play a key role in the leadership team, influencing the Centre's strategic direction and representing the organization in key forums.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Education: MBA or a relevant post-graduate degree from a Tier 1 institution.

- Experience: 15+ years in business leadership, consulting, or program management, ideally with hands-on experience as a founder or in a senior role within a startup ecosystem.

- Entrepreneurial Insight: Deep knowledge of the Indian startup landscape with a strong passion for fostering entrepreneurship.

- Leadership in Ambiguity: Proven ability to navigate and lead effectively in dynamic, uncertain environments.

- Initiative and Drive: Self-starter with a strong bias for action and proactive decision-making.
