VP/ Head Growth / Product Marketing (Global role) !
- Key member of the leadership team, instrumental growth of top-line metrics, acquisition of new customers, sustainable growth, brand awareness and expansion into new markets.
- The VP of Product Marketing will work closely with product, marketing, analytics and technology to drive growth and build a world class marketing organization.
- This role is responsible for creating a clear vison of our core story, crafting hard hitting claims to build a compelling message to our customers and driving our position in the market.
- The VP of Product Marketing will lead initiatives to develop and analyze marketing strategies, company positioning and messaging, brand architecture, customer segmentation and demand generation.
- Plan complex strategic marketing communication programs that drive brand equity, revenue and profitability. Specifically, support revenue-generating programs that consistently communicate the company's value proposition, position the company's strengths in market, and drive sales force effectiveness and productivity.
Key Roles and Accountabilities:
- Develop and recommend specific approaches to support marketing objectives across multiple business units.
- Ability to develop marketing positions, architecture, competitive assessment & segmentation and solution building on marketing equity.
- Focus on content, communications and programs that drive brand awareness, position the company as the leader in our market, generate leads and enable sales success.
- Drive alignment between Marketing, and sales resulting in improved conversion rates through contributions from both marketing sourced and influenced pipeline to sales.
- Craft compelling value propositions and creative ways to effectively communicate them. Deliver our story and engage core customers, partners and influencers.
- Partner closely with product management, key business leaders and technology to influence solution direction.
- Enhance and develop relationships with internal business partners to create and implement processes to help increase/improve sales and marketing efforts.
- Manage and prioritize creative, copywriting, trade show, e-marketing and logistical functions to ensure consistency in the organization and execute on time and within budget.
- Perform deep analysis to better understand our customer segments and behaviors to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Communicate performance to internal leadership and stakeholders to promote shared understanding of product marketing strategy, ROI, and opportunities.
- Create toolkits and enablement materials for sales and marketing, ensuring all are equipped to sell multiple product offerings to a variety of business units or client types. Guide channel marketers, the field teams (sales and relationship managers), and business partners on product marketing strategy.
- Support new product development with audience insights and demand verification.
- Leadership skills, clear communication plans and alignment to internal and external stakeholders and persuading others to support ideas.
