ABOUT THE JOB PROFILE:
The company is looking at bringing on board, a young, self-motivated, well informed, creative D2C growth professional, who can lead Growth Marketing for the company by focusing on engaging customers to strengthen the company's Branding and Sales majorly by:
- Managing Customer Loyalty and Lifecycle
- Ensuring Mobile/Web penetration growth
- Planning & Executing a great Media Strategy
- Product Management
- Strong Social Media Marketing with a focus on content leadership
- ATL Marketing i.e., TV, Radio, Print and Outdoor
- Providing Thought Leadership on Growth/Marketing to the company and the industry
- Bringing-up/Working on Useful and Actionable Analytics/Insights
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Preferably in their mid-20s, having UG/PG education from tier-1 institutes like IITs/IIMs/ISB/XLRI and overall/all-relevant experience of 2 to 4 years in the FMCG domain and keen on working with a fast-growth consumer goods company that is expanding in different parts of India and has a strong customer footprint already in a few years of its launch
- Ready to get their hands dirty at an early-stage consumer goods start-up by building the missing blocks and strengthening the existing ones
- Understands what an early-stage business needs in terms of marketing/growth and is ready to do the necessary, starting with a team of 2 to 3 members
- Is abreast with the latest practices and trends in the FMCG industry w.r.t. customer engagement for branding and growth
- Understands and applies growth marketer's approach w.r.t.:
- Making sure everything is measurable, trackable, and calculable
- Creative marketing, data analysis & testing and automation
- Leveraging Customer Lifetime Value and Cost of Acquisition as metrics to constantly adjust and optimize different marketing channels as need be
- Measuring, testing, tweaking and optimizing online systems and processes and the specific tools in use. This can involve using dozens of pre-existing free and paid tools, or even create customized tools with the sole objective of how such tools can help grow the business
- Using trending tools like R, SPSS, MathLab, Google Analytics, KISSmetrics, Mixpanel, Optimizely, Visual Web Optimizer, Hotjar, Qualaroo, CrazyEgg, Sumo.me and Inspectlet
- Running A/B tests and understanding the fundamentals of confidence intervals, significance levels, and producing regression models to understand customer behavior patterns better
- Has been a strong individual contributor, preferably having led/been a coordinator of a concise team, and worked with the partner ecosystem on planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Has practiced and understands well, ATL and BTL in the consumer goods space, especially digital/online marketing led campaigns and can leverage the same for developing the business when on this job
- Can collaborate with the rest of the organization, especially sales, to effectively analyze the business's needs at various stages and provide marketing support accordingly
