Vice President Growth - Digital Marketing

- Should have extensive experience of handling the entire Marketing gamut like Paid Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Branding with a minimum of 8-10 years (Relevant Experience)

- Candidates with more of a Pull Marketing approach preferred

- Looking for candidates from a health care or home healthcare industry will be preferable.

- Prior experience in leading companies/ consultancies managing other client's digital marketing i.e Startups would be highly preferable

- The candidate should have a team management experience of 10 people minimum

- Experience on Google Analytics, Appsflyer / Firebase and Ads Manager

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

- Selection based on expertise for generating sales in an online setup like Insurance/ Healthcare/ Banking and EdTech sector

- Systems Thinking: Early-stage start-up hence requires incredible detail orientation and process thinking. Do-er versus a talker

- Should be willing to be a part of fast-paced aggressive work culture growing start-up and enable innovation and creativity to develop new winning strategies and solve complex problems

- MS Office; including Outlook, Access, Word and Excel (Macros)

- Preferably from a B2C (Consumer) centric background

- Google Tag Manager and Amplitude or related tool experience is highly preferred
