Vice President - Group Finance Operational Risk - Finance Shared Service Centre

Location : Finance Shared Service Centre,Chennai

Job Description :

- Will work closely with various Business Unit Heads/Stake holders and partner for implementing the Operational Risk Framework (ORF) within Finance

- Understand the underlying Finance processes to ensure effective implementation of Operational risk frame work, and control environment to influence changes

- Capable of driving initiatives independently with minimum oversight

- Support Head of Finance Operational Risk by finalizing operational risk assessments through active engagement with Country OR and Group Operational risk

- Monitor project timelines and provide periodic updates to senior management

- Partner with country OR and Global Process Owners to ensure phasing our current testing framework with ORF

- Work with Global process owners, Global Process Managers (GPM) and Finance Transformation team for standardization opportunities within Finance

- Ongoing engagement with stake holders across the globe to influence change agenda

- Work with global teams to promote the understanding of policy and risk parameters and promote the understanding of ORF

- Manage the ORF changes as a result of any strategic alignment changes e.g. GPM alignment

- As a Subject Matter Expert support automation and system enhancement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills :

- Finance Post Graduate/ CA/ CWA/ CIA/ CISA - Must

- 10-15 years of relevant business/function experience in Finance Operational risk or Audit of 4+ years - Must

- Capable of driving initiatives independently with minimum oversight

- Strong communication skills

- Strong analytical skills & results orientated - Must

- Strong influencing skills

- Strong team work and interpersonal skills
