We are searching for Vice President/General Manager HR for one of the oldest financial Institute of India.

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 15+ years of Exp in progressive BFSI Organizations

Qualification : MBA HR

CTC : 50.00 L

Job Summary:

As the HR Manager for Talent Management and Performance, your primary responsibility will be to ensure business delivery and performance through effective talent management practices. You will play a crucial role in developing and retaining the organization's talent, implementing performance management systems, and driving a performance-oriented culture. Additionally, you will lead people development initiatives and support the business in creating a motivating and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Management:

- Identify and nurture high-potential (HiPo) talent within the organization.

- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain key employees.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify critical roles and succession planning for key positions.

- Drive talent review meetings and support HiPo talent development programs.

2. Performance Management:

- Lead the Performance Management System (PMS) process, ensuring that performance goals and expectations are aligned with business objectives.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in setting effective Key Result Areas (KRAs) and performance metrics.

- Monitor and evaluate performance on an ongoing basis, providing timely feedback and coaching to improve performance.

- Implement recognition and reward programs to promote a culture of appreciation and excellence.

3. Learning and Development (L&D):

- Support in identifying training needs across the organization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver L&D initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and skills.

- Facilitate the execution of L&D programs, ensuring maximum participation and effectiveness.

4. Change Management:

- Assist in managing organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.

- Collaborate with leaders and managers to communicate changes effectively and address employee concerns.

- Facilitate change management workshops to build change readiness and resilience within the organization.

5. Employee Engagement:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.

- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to identify areas of improvement.

- Implement action plans to address engagement challenges and enhance employee satisfaction.

6. Manpower Planning and Budgeting:

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower needs and align them with the company's budget.

- Support in creating comprehensive manpower plans to ensure the organization's staffing needs are met efficiently.

7. Stakeholder Coaching and Support:

- Act as a coach and mentor to business stakeholders to help them effectively manage their teams and enhance leadership capabilities.

8. Compliance and Policy Adherence:

- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

- Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes.

9. Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources from a premier college is preferred.

- Must be from a BFSI org.

- Primary role should have been Non-Talent Acquisition.

- Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and learning and development.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
