The role will focus on global Compensation leadership covering design of Skill based rewards & recognition programs, Job Architecture, Linkage with Performance Management, Pay programmes, Short term Incentives, Recognition etc. A proven track record in Skill based reward & recognition design, competencies, job architecture design & implementation is a must.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Program Management

Lead the program management efforts for Skills based rewards & recognition program from rewards CoE perspective. Partner closely with the Cross functional Skills project team to design the rewards program based on skills & competencies. Design efforts in coordination with the Talent Management team, digital team and others. Supporting the global program from R&R CoE perspective fully being responsible for Job Architecture design and implementation in line with the Skills global project, hence prior experience in this area is preferable

- Partnership o Build strong external and internal communities of knowledge/partnerships to deepen overall business understanding and provide relevant and valued subject matter expertise to our stakeholders

- Project leadership o Versatile to provide project leadership across the full spectrum of Total Rewards & Performance discipline

- Strategy and transformation o Innovate, define and evolve the group total rewards & performance strategy in line with our overall HR and business transformation priorities o Active Participation in external total reward networks. Anticipate emerging trends in relevant subject matter areas

- Governance & Effectiveness o Monitor effectiveness of initiatives, policies and procedures, recommending policy and process revisions which are cost effective and consistent with Reward excellence and HR transformation priorities o Ensure compliance with state, local and other regulatory laws. o Education and Accreditation: Lead Reward programme education & accreditation for leaders and HR Experience and Qualifications

- Master's in Business Administration or Masters in HR or Business-related discipline

- 14+ years plus experience within HR/Business of which at least the last 5-7 should be in the Compensation and Benefits related specialism / Consulting in the rewards area

- A track record of providing guidance and support to global, Objective and responsibility cross-cultural organizations on compensation topics and adding value through the development of creative solutions to challenging problems

. - Proven experience of leading complex projects and successfully implementing change and transformation (direct or in consulting firms)

- Ability to work on own initiative and anticipate issues, trends and opportunities for improvement and present compelling recommendations for change

- Proven organisational skills, a strong tolerance for ambiguity, detail-oriented with ability to function strategically and tactically under pressure.

- Demonstrated partnering and collaborative skills.as there would be multiple interfaces within the project team

Fluent English & excellent written communication - Demonstrated close working with the Internal Communications team

- Work closely with the external vendors in the areas of Skill based compensation - Experience of working with Benchmarking Organizations such as Mercer, Aon, etc. Travel: Moderate travel required Key Stakeholders: HR & Business Leaders Talent Management leaders Performance & Rewards Leaders Finance & Legal Purchasing Vendors
