Vice President - Global Supply Chain - Logistics

About the job:

- As Vice President of Global Supply Chain, you will lead and optimize global operations across sourcing, procurement, materials management, logistics, and warehousing.

- Overseeing a team of more than 300 employees across Asia and managing a purchasing budget of nearly USD 1 billion, you will align supply chain strategies with business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for global supply chain functions.

- Lead procurement, materials management, logistics, and warehousing to optimize efficiency.

- Drive cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align supply chain strategies.

- Build strong supplier relationships and implement risk management strategies.

- Ability to manage complex supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA preferred.

- 15+ years of experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

- Experience managing large teams and budgets (USD 1 billion).

- Expertise in global supply chain, contract manufacturing, and supplier negotiations.

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
