Vice President - Global Sales - Telecom Software

- Develop and implement annual sales plans.
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan including international markets especially Asia-Pac and USA, working with all departments to execute the plan
- Select, develop, coach, build and manage global professional sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth in telecom sector
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
- Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.
- Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned account base.
- Regularly monitor the performance of individual sales team members
- Hire and build a top class telecom market sales team
Need experience of 10-15 years in selling software to telecom operators or vendors . International experience will be an added advantage. Ability to travel nationally and internationally
