Vice President - Global Payroll Operations - BFSI/BPO/IT/KPO - APAC Region

- Incumbent will be responsible for managing Payroll Operations for multiple countries in APAC region.

- The incumbent will supervise the team in the execution of Payroll delivery, Tax and Statutory payments and compliance within their respective locations.

- Responsible for the accurate, timely payroll delivery for the assigned regions in conjunction with outsourced service providers.

- Reviewing the payroll calculations for accuracy in accordance with the regulatory guidelines.

- Actively manage payroll processes and activities including local handling of cases/escalations, data flow management, tax, quality assurance, risk and controls, and reporting and metrics.

- Partner with Payroll Accounting and Tax to deliver accurate and timely Payroll accounting, accruals and reporting.

- 13+ years of operations experience in Payroll operations.
