One of leading Banking clients is looking for Vice President role who has strong work experience Global Banking and market operations for Hyderabad and Gurgaon.

Designation: VP

Experience Range- 17-20 years

Location : Hyderabad / Gurgaon

Work Timings : 11:00 am to 8:00 PM

GBAM Business Manager

GBAM business manager is responsible for business management of administrative tasks, location strategy, headcount and resource management, domain training, employee engagement. OR&C metrics reporting, GMSA reporting etc., continuous improvement and Risk management culture, Liaison between operations, leadership and various stakeholders. Budgeting and planning, Rewards & Recognition, communication and management routines. Ad-hoc work like offsite planning, Goal setting, senior leaders visit, floor walks, collaterals, end to end communication.

Key Responsibilities include:

1) Change management : Drive integration, synergies and best practices as one GBAM organization

2) Strategy & Execution : Key strategies are to be executed across GBAM organization. Key initiatives like RPA, Shared Operations, NFRR, process re-engineering etc. are to be planned, project managed and executed. Would be playing pivotal role

3) Budgeting & Analysis : GBAM budgets, forecasts, travel expense, expense management, MIS, dashboards, periodic tracking of variance and course corrections etc., R&R budget allocation, utilization etc..

4) Resource Management : hiring, attrition, seating, seat utilization,

5) Migrations and new transitions : Work closely with transition and operations team around RA id allocation, approval, seat allocation, risk mitigation, BCP strategy etc.

6) People agenda/ communication/ GBAM branding : Manage all these at GBAM level. Drive ESAT action plans, projects and key initiatives at GBAM level.

7) Reporting teams : Manage various functional reporting teams like ICAN, GMSA reporting, GDFX reporting, OR&C metrics reporting. The teams are going through sea changes and have to work closely with global stakeholders to help them streamline their approach and execution

8) Continuous Improvement @ GBAM : work with opex team to create end to end continuous improvement workflow for GBAM. As part of this responsibility, need to execute on the ideas identified basis prioritization and engage the right teams. Work with technology partners as well.

9) Domain Training & Business management : Will have to deliver and develop customized domain trainings across GBAM.

10) Key projects/ Initiatives : Key projects / initiatives at GBAM level, streamlining BCP strategy across GBAM, Record Retention, PCS implementation in GWBO etc... Need to be best practiced and implemented across GBAM.

Mandatory skills :

Strong analytical and fact-based decision making Ability to meaningfully Analyze and report complex data for enterprise and reporting

Project Management Skills ability to cope with delivery within very tight deadlines under high pressure. Ability to prioritize work activity to maximize performance against agreed targets

Energetic professional with strong valuation skills

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate to Executive Leadership and others levels within the Bank

Excellent verbal and written skills and effective interpersonal skills.

A good team player with strong coordination skills. Ability to manage smaller & larger teams and work with across teams/locations to accomplish goals in a timely manner.

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - PowerPoint, Excel and Word and ability to work on these without any support.
