- She will be part of the HR Leadership team and will be working closely with the Division Head & Board of the company.
- Partnering as per business requirement & building a robust organization plan & people charter.
- Align HR best practices to employees, business needs & leader with SME.
- Should have strong potential in achieving organizational goals.
- Prior experience in managing contractual unions/workforce - in larger volume.
- Strong HR acumen, critical thinking, self-initiative, including strong problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written, verbal communication; preparation of high quality document and report.
Mandatory:
- Premier college & pass out year should be between 2010-2014.
- Industry: Private Equity, Financial Service, Investment Banking, Legal firm.
