POSITION: Vice President - Fixed Income Business

Location: Delhi / NCR

Reporting: Director

Position Objective: The position is a senior level position that will be taking care of the entire Fixed Income / Debt business of the organisation for PAN India. Presently organisation is operational in Delhi/Mumbai.

Job Description:

- Manage the P&L of the Debt business

- Deal in Central / State Govt Securities, perpetual Bonds / Private Bonds, PF / Pension / Superannuation /Gratuity / Trusts etc.

- Can handle large volume business of Clients, Broker, HNI, IFA's & Banks.

- Empanelment with new and existing PF clients

- Understand and implement product pricing

- New Client Development

- Maintain Market relationship

- Competitive Strategy Development

- Long & Short-Range Planning

- Monitor and Evaluate achievements of Sales Targets & Achievements

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should be having good exposure of Debt market and be a Graduate/MBA, with Min. 15 years+ of experience

Desired Competencies:

- Good understanding of financial assessments

- Well versed in the Fixed Income / Debt Market

- Strategy Development

- Good Team Player

- Can manage team of 25-40 people
