Our client is a Life Insurance company and only candidates who have Life Insurance experience will be considered.
Role Overview:
The Vice President, Fintech and Digital Alliances, will be responsible for managing and expanding our strategic relationships within the Fintech ecosystem and insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-profile partnerships, particularly with experience in policy management with Life Insurance companies. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the insurance landscape, and the ability to foster strong digital alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationship Management: Oversee and manage the relationship with Policy Bazaar, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing partnership value.
- Partnership Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Fintech and insurance sectors to drive growth and innovation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and technology to ensure successful implementation of partnership strategies.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and adapt partnership strategies as needed.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication channels with key stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and achievement of partnership goals.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 14 years of experience in managing strategic partnerships, with a focus on the Fintech and insurance sectors. Proven experience managing relationships with Life Insurance companies is preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Fintech landscape and insurance industry, including regulatory and market dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
