Vice President - Financial Reporting - CA - Investment Bank

Responsibilities will include:

- Lead a team for preparation and review of financial statements including :

- Overall reporting planning and coordination with Global team

- Management reporting period and deliveries

- Liaising with Statutory Auditor and Global stakeholders

- Delivery of monthly BAU requirements

- IFRS Technical expertise is required. Strong in Reporting and Accounting

- Ledger control policy knowledge

- Legal entity management for primary holding companies

- People Management

- Will supervise and take ownership of the tasks and deliverables of team

- Train and develop staff, recruit and manage talent pipeline

CA with minimum 11 yrs of experience
