Responsibilities:

- The job involves comprehensive financial management and reporting responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly MIS reporting.

- Key duties include variance analysis, capex and opex evaluations, and coordination with various functions for budget consolidation.

- The role also entails preparing business plans for high-value projects, conducting trend analysis, managing treasury activities, and ensuring effective cash flow and funding.

- Additional responsibilities include overseeing insurance policies, managing credit ratings and risk, maintaining banking relationships, and ensuring appropriate insurance coverage and claim management.

- The candidate must support strategic financial planning, handle fund-raising activities, and manage working capital and forex-related tasks.

Skills:

- Clear understanding of Business case approvals, Treasury related Functions, Banking, Corporate Finance and ability to manage team. Knowledge of FEMA & RBI Guideline will be an added advantage. Team management, Analytical ability, Proactive and strategic think to help give visibility to management to take informed business calls.
