Key Features:
- A professionally qualified person (ACA or Tier I MBA) with 12+ years of post-qualification experience

Responsibilities / Tasks :
- Providing high-quality business decision support pertaining to financial planning & analysis of key financial metrics (P&L, Balance Sheet and headcount) for the Infra division globally
- Preparing monthly analysis of direct expenditure, explaining variances and reporting trends
- Providing guidance on the appropriate treatment of expenditure to the Infra division in respect of applicable Accounting Standards & Policies
- Ensuring appropriate & transparent cost allocation to clients, working closely with both the Infra division COO organization & Risk's clients by understanding allocation methodologies
- Delivering on all global and regional reporting requirements
- Understand the application of relevant transfer pricing requirements
- Actively supporting Monthly / Quarterly Forecasting and Annual Budgeting process
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Business leads to support their Financial and other operational requirements
- Liaise with the Infrastructure Division Finance & Country Finance staff to address financial considerations related to each respective region
- Establish/ Develop/ Improve strategic relationship with onshore partners & local teams to ensure a seamless operating model in line with the Global strategy
- Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver restatement and restructuring requirements
- Constantly & proactively evaluate opportunities for enhancement, improvement & synergies across the Infra Finance team to improve service performance & delivery.
- Ensure appropriate controls across all financial processes relating to the organization
- Attend to Adhoc financial / headcount queries by onshore Business Leads / Finance Director & Managers
Experience / Exposure :
- 12+ years of experience into the financial sector with exposure to FP&A / Financial Analysis in Infra or business divisions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience in dealing with demanding stakeholders or managing difficult situations.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to meet client requirements.
- Relevant financial planning & analysis experience gained in a large, multi-national environment with a strong technical background - formal accounting qualification preferred
- Comfortable dealing with large volumes of data, identifying trends and key points
- An aptitude for problem-solving and decision making with a strong command of report writing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. An ability to communicate appropriately with people at different levels within the organization.
- A motivated leader and team player who has the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment and take the team along to deliver on organizations objectives
- Must be able to work both individually and with small/large teams across locations and all levels of technical background
- Must be results-orientated with a strong delivery focus and a desire to succeed
