Job Description

- Drive the planning, budgeting & forecasting process for FM / CF Revenue, Balance Sheet & RWA

- Lead the PC VC L&D stream as part of people agenda

- The role requires the individual to liaise with wider PC VC teams, Finance and Risk team

- Manage the team, work load balancing, Hiring, Promote job rotation and keep the team motivated

- Handle key projects within Finance like MIFID 2, FRTB, Stress Capital testing etc..

- Drive efficiency in MIS delivery

- Review of Financial Packs, Business deep dives and Client Insights

- Act as Rates CFO and provide insight to the business on all financial parameter
