Required Highly professional Candidate & hard core experience into Financial Planning & Analysis with good exposure towards Process Migrations & Integration.
For Corporate & Institutional (CIB) related transitions, this role will
- Lead & manage the overall CIB Transitions into FSSC working with key stakeholders both onshore and within FSSC
- Lead & manage the Integration of transitioned processes into the Global Service Offering Model (GSOM) which is based on the Target Operating Model for Performance Management
- Ensure that policies & procedures as well as best practices are followed and implemented for both Transitions from onshore locations and Integration into BAU.
- Manage service delivery within timelines and costs agreed for the transitions whilst delivering quality enhancements
- Provide subject matter expertise within the CIB migrations where required to ensure the process is both stabilised and enhanced
- Drive process improvements including process standardisation, control enhancements and process automation related activities for the transitions in scope
- Manage a team of approx 15-20 professionals ensuring that transitions are adequately staffed with right mix of resources. Lead talent acquisition to support growth where required.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team to ensure best practices of talent management are followed
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provide Project Management & Governance discipline on individual migrations to ensure successful delivery of the transitions within time and costs agreed
2. Provide oversight over multiple transitions and provide both domain (CIB) expertise or functional (transitions & integration management) expertise to ensure service delivery measuring to quality standards outlined
3. Ensure documentation / transition artefacts are completed on time and per quality standards
4. Ensure adherence to Transition and Integration framework and procedures. Set best practices / benchmarks within the overall Transition and Integration Process where required
5. Act as the single point of contact and escalation for all transition related activities for CIB
6. Drive process standardisation, automation, data quality improvements, controls enhancement and operational risk reduction agendas working where necessary with the respective BAU teams
7. Drive consolidation of various processes into GSOM model and ensuring smooth integration into BAU
8. Contribute to the broader PM GPM delivery agenda covering initiatives such as MI standardization, Robotics, Planning etc in line with PM Target Operating Model
9. Ensure stakeholders expectations are aligned and managed both onshore and within FSSC
10. Agree on onshore / offshore split per the GSOM with both BAU and Onshore stakeholders
11. Lead and manage the CIB transitions team and provide supervisory cover to the resources. Provide necessary support, review and back up cover plans for the Function
12. Manage the book of work pipeline and ensure migrations are adequately staffed with right number and mix of resources
13. Coach, mentor team where required whilst working with HR - Talent Acquisition to onboard talent to support new transitions
Skills/Experience Required
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA) with 12 + years of experience in BFSI in areas of Management Information/ Product Profitability/ Client MI/ Financial Planning and Analysis
- Strong understanding of Corporate and Institutional Banking business including metrics, scorecards, reports, commentaries and analysis need to support Business Finance
- Managed teams supporting Management Reporting / Business Information / Product & Client Profitability Reporting or Financial Planning and Analysis from offshore locations
- Transitions or Migration experience highly desired
- Demonstrated experience in Process Improvement / Continuous Improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and relationship management experience
- Experience in, and ability to, interact with multiple employee levels across a diverse organization
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload in efficient manner, including working under tight deadlines and time pressure
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel
- Driven and results oriented, dedicated to providing service and exceeding performance expectations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and effective results
- Flexibility to work in accordance with Business requirements - e.g., working outside of normal hours
