Job Description

Function: Operations - Accounting / Finance Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities:

- Periodic Financials Reporting (Including Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Profit, Contribution Summary, Revenue pacing to meet Forecast or Plan numbers).

- Productivity metrics and measurements, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Metrics analysis.

- Periodic Expense/Capex reporting and complete control over the same.

- Publishing of Management Packs.

- Periodic Variance Analysis and commentary.

- The role has primary P&L responsibility (including leading the financial planning process) for the business and will need to partner with many internal teams (Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Retail, FP&A, and Accounting) in delivering the business objectives.

- Assist in key month-end activities including interaction with the Controllers to provide oversight of completeness and accuracy of underlying management information.

- Identify and drive process improvements in the financial processes.

- Ad-hoc reporting for end users when required.

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in Budgeting/AOP Cycle.

- CA/ICWA degree with at least 10+ yrs exp.

- Prior experience in managing the Business Finance domain is a must.

- Advanced degree (MBA or Master) or Chartered Accountant strongly preferred
