- Monitoring reports & other statements with a view to apprise management on Financial operations and assisting in critical decision-making process
- Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz., P&L Account, Balance Sheet and Annual Reports
- Managing results & conducting financial and business analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions for the same
- Leading multiple transformation projects and workstreams with focussed and documented approach towards meaningful goals
- Managing large teams with dedicated support and delivery per agreed SLAs maintaining high level of accuracy and quality
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members
