Job Description

- CA/ MBA (Finance) from a reputed B School. Prior experience with an NBFC is a must.

- Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.

- Experience in Fund Raising and Treasury must.

- Interact with other team members to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.

- Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.

- Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

- Oversee cash, investment and asset management.

- Devise and implement financial controls, policies and procedure.

- Managing the entire Finance & Accounts team.

- Allocate budgets for all departments and monitor variances.

- All statutory compliance, Direct & indirect taxation, Finalization of accounts, dealing with statutory & internal auditors.

- Sales Tax, Service Tax, Income Tax and TDS.

- Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.

- CMA data preparing and all B/S, P&L, Cash Flow statements, etc.

- Financial structuring for the company, re-structuring of debts, treasury management.

- Fund raising through loans and equity including private equity.

- Dealing with banks and managing a good relationship with them on time to time basis, ensuring that the cost of funds is kept at the lowest possible level.

- Developing & implementing performance monitoring systems.

- Analyzing product wise / state wise P&L.

- Liaison with banks.

- Management and Financial Accounting and Cash Flow Management.

- Financial modeling, Financial policies, Planning & budgeting, Evaluation of projects.

- Developing & implementing MIS systems.

- Strategic Financial Planning & Business Financial Plans.
