Looking for a MBA/CA with 10-15 years of PQE from a strong Tech background (preferably SaaS).
The candidate should have experience in handling Finance, Admin, Legal, Procurement and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the funding initiative
- Design Processes for Automation (with guidance from CFO) to measure Capital efficiency, and revenue matrix. Automate everything from Billing, Reporting, Payments, Rev Rec and even Accounting. Measure Efficiency with metrics and track them periodically.
- Adopt tools for implementing the above
- Run Weekly and monthly cadence of Meeting for Budgets, OKRs, goals - with different department leaders for measuring the Performance review.
- Lead Budgeting & Projections initiatives. Financial control with Budget stakeholders - Set Budgets monitor them and review performance against investments / money spent.
- Present Business Analysis for Management and Investors
- Coaching Leaders on Capital efficiency and Revenue matrix
- Run the Billing Department like a well-oiled automated machine.
- Own CRM & Revenue Operations to make them part of daily life.
- Owns and runs the HR Department and people operations - Hiring, Employee Retention, and Legal
