- Handling the whole Finance Department.

- Formulating and Implementing various competent strategies and policies.

- Allocating Budget to all the Departments.

- Statutory Compliance.

- Fund Raising and Financial Structuring

- Targets Achieved in a given Time Frame.

- Strategies Implementations

- Revenue generated

- Cash Flow Management
