Head FC&A [Marketing Vertical]
(VP-Finance)
Objective :
Create and develop self-managing teams for financial planning, analysis and reporting through systems and structural setup. Partner Business Head from an FC&A perspective in the growth and profitability of the business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Monitor and direct the implementation of business plans relating to Marketing. Prepare financial plan and business performance measurement metrics.
- Advice on financial and tax strategies in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes relating to Marketing.
- Periodically develop and present root cause analysis for performance variances.
- Approve CAPEX proposals from FP&A perspective relating to Marketing.
- Provide analytical and decision making support for business decisions with financial impact.
- Analyse and present new business proposals.
- With assistance from FC&A support groups, ensure compliances including audit, taxation, statutory compliances.
- Training, development and succession planning

- Return on Average Capital Employed
- Tax Optimization

- Performance on Working Capital Funding
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :
Educational Qualifications :
Necessary : CA / ICWA, MBA from tier /2 institute
Desirable : CA / ICWA, MBA from reputed institute. Experience in handling finance function of large organization or bank.
The ideal candidate profile will have :
- More than 15 years post qualification experience, including at least last 5 years in leadership positions;
- Experience in handling launch activity.
