Reporting to : Group CFO

Client :

IT Services organization primarily into Consulting (Advisory), Private Cloud (Hosting), Managed Services, Cloud Migration, Integration, Business Intelligence/Analytics, Cyber Security, Development, RPA, Testing, Training, and Change Management services. Position: VP Finance

We are looking for an experienced VP Finance to join our team! As our VP Finance, you will be responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of our company, and you will create financial and operational strategy, KPIs, in addition to ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Plan, organize & direct the financial management of the company and activities of the finance department in compliance with all legal and ethical standards

- Formulating financial strategy, preparing financial models, plans, forecasts, budgets, monthly and quarterly MIS, annual financial statements, investor's reporting etc.

- Take ownership of the accounting operations, treasury management and financial planning & analysis to drive revenue maximization

- Analyze and manage the organization's liabilities and investments. Plan, implement and manage investment strategies

- Manage fundraising plans and capital structure

- Determine finance KPIs

- Manage and retain relationships with various vendors, internal & external stakeholders, and investors at global level to understand, and deliver against their governance and reporting requirements.

- Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, financial consultants and treasurers

- Working closely with businesses to ensure alignment between groups

Attributes/Skills :

- 18+ years of experience with at least 10 years exposure at IT Organizations in a leadership role

- CA or MBA Finance from a reputed institute

- Experience in managing scale and large teams

- Excellent command over Advance excels, SQL and FP&A related software

- Excellent knowledge of corporate financial laws

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

- Problem solver and critical thinker mindset

- Good to have - Prior experience in fundraising / fund management
