Vice President Finance - IT/ITeS Industry

Key Responsibilities would include :

- Serving as key member of the leadership team and responsible for financials of the company

- Financial accounting, FP&A activities, the broader financial systems infrastructure, implementation of financial controls and a regulatory compliance framework and tax optimisation strategies across diverse geographies

- Leverage financial data /analysis to contribute to operational and financial decision making and potential ways to improve financial margins and be a thought leader for business transformation

- Help formulate, direct and monitor the implementation of financial plans to support the business plan

- Provide critical financial and operational information. - Evaluate areas of cost efficiencies

- Execute private equity ( PE) - related exit processes including but not limited to preparing the data room, crafting the narrative, guiding the creation of a financial model, in the event of a sale or fund raise

- Building a high performing and accountable finance team that woks collaboratively with cross functional groups and key stake holders on target setting and performance monitoring activities and to achieve the objectives and growth of business

- Will also have responsibility for procurement, logistics, and Administration and lead key contract/pricing negotiations. Develop innovative strategies to enhance performance of the administrative staff.

- Managing cash, receivables, collections and payables, relationship with lenders

- Securing working capital financing

- Handling and coordinating audits for all global subsidiaries

- Manage capital resource allocation and budgeting processes

- Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan growth plan

- Ensure tight internal financial controls, compliance with policies and regulations

- Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by senior leadership.

- Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget and weekly cash flow.

- Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.

- Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches and/or new service offerings

Desirable Skills and Competencies :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Excellent Communication (Both verbal and written)

- Strong technical accounting and analysis skills

- 15+ years experience in the field of finance

- Preferred experience in dealing with investors and board

- Hands on experience working with all areas of finance
