Position Name : VP - Finance

Experience Range : 8 - 12 years

Mandatory Requirement :

- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis.

- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies and manage large teams.

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team.

- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Manage the company's financial resources effectively to meet operational and strategic goals.

- Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and risk management activities.

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

- Oversee the finance department, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.

- Participate in corporate strategy development and decision-making processes.

- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Serve as a key point of contact for financial matters with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

- Communicate financial performance and strategy to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

- Identify and manage financial risks, including currency exchange, interest rates, and operational risks.

- Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and functioning effectively.

Qualification and Experience :

Qualified : CA or MBA (Finance)

- Must possess minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the field.

- Proven experience as a VP of Finance, CFO, or in a senior financial leadership role.
