As a VP Finance, you will be responsible for preparing financial modeling, structures, financial information, information memorandum, etc as per the need of the management, investors, rating agency and bankers.

What you will do:

- Handling IR Desk

- Handling banking relationships across the consortium of bankers

- Handling relationship with Rating Agency

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:

- BCom, MBA or CA

- Min 5 to 7 years of relevant experience

- Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Financial Analysis

- Excellent knowledge of law and finance
