The P2P Lead for Singapore Performance Management (FPNA Team) is a key Leadership role within Plan to Perform delivering
- End to End ownership for Singapore performance reporting
- Deliver superior performance for SCB Singapore through reporting of management and financial results, and partner with local and Group Business / Country Finance teams on Singapore strategy, performance issues / opportunities.
- Build target state organisation in line with Agile Operating Model
- Drive the Aspire programme, shaping the future design of processes and the requirements for the new technology.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading high-performing teams.
Process Management for Singapore -Country Performance management
- Lead and accountable for service delivery of all performance reporting and analytics outcomes to Country CFO.
- Partner with Performance Management Country Finance Head to drive and manage Country Performance for Singapore performance management
- End to end support to Singapore Performance Management Finance team covering all outcomes for e.g., country management team reports, cost accruals, MRE and FCS reconciliations
- Collaborate with Group / Regional / Country Finance colleagues in providing quality management information to senior management for the formulation and review of business plans and strategies
- Analyze country performance (management and financial), review highlight risks and opportunities and drive actions to ensure committed financial outcome.
- Support SG ALCO for capital and liquidity inputs and active balance sheet management for strategic planning
- Co-ordinate the process for preparing, validating, consolidating, and analyzing half yearly forecasts and annual budget to support strategic aspirations of SCB Singapore
- Provide market intelligence on key competitors' performance and highlight any changes in the competitive landscape
- Drive centralised and standardised processes through targeted transitions and creating optimal operating model for Singapore
- Deliver organisational synergy through CoE's enabling bandwidth to create SMEs to support change delivery and other value-added outcomes
- Develop an effective organisation structure for Singapore, well balanced to achieve process standardisation and deliver specialist business / functions advisory capability
- Continually reviewing all assigned processes to identify opportunities for quality and process design improvement and drive Digital agenda
