Vice President - Finance Control & Accounting - CA Must

- Providing strategic recommendations to the MD and members of the executive management team.

- Advising on long-term business and financial planning.

- Analysis and assessment of capital required over the plan period and arranging finance.

- Play an active role in the budgeting and planning function. Support operations planning with accurate financial forecasting.

- MIS & Budgetary Control - Monthly profitability, Comparatives, Variance Analysis, Mill Performance Report Analysis & reconciliation with financial results.

- Develop and maintain accurate and effective financial statements.

- Timely reporting of various financial and other business related information.

- Coordinate and oversee internal and external Audit procedures.

- Implementation of Internal Financial Control, maintenance of various SOPs & formulation of policies

- Develop and create broader governance and manage the Compliance and Regulatory issues.

- Develop and manage the key stakeholder's relationships. This include the Management, Regulators, Customers, Suppliers etc.

- Responsible for Tax Planning, Tax Compliance and monitoring other taxation issues for the company.

- Working Capital Management

- Purchase negotiation

- Accounts Payable & Receivable Management

- Inventory Management
