Education: Qualified CA only (PQ experience of min15 years)

- Spearheading entire gamut of finance & accounts operations that entails treasury, taxation, accounting, Capital budgeting and Fund management.

- Handle Advance License.

- IT Implementation of SAP B1 Hana Including process mapping along with IT team.

- Commercial Aspects as a member of the leadership team he would be involved in CAPEX procurement, negotiations etc.

- To head complete accounts, finalization of financial statements of Proec and Group companies/Promoter viz, Profit & Loss accounts, Balance sheet, Cash Flow Statement and ensuring compliance of Company Act, Income tax Act, Accounting standards and Ind-AS

- Must be heading the F&A, IT department in a manufacturing environment current or previous Chemical industry experience is mandatory.
