Vice President - Finance - CA - IT

VP Finance (Mid Size - IT - Finance S/W Development Org. - 12 yrs )

- Setting up, implementing and strengthening systems, policies and controls, Business planning, statutory, MIS to the board

- Managing Internal & External Stake Holders

- Heading a 6 members team

- Expert knowledge of Indian GAAP & US GAAP

- CA with 10-15 years of relevant, post qualification Exp

- Worked for at least 3-4 years in a CFO or VP level

- Have managerial accounting & financial management experience

- Experience working in a growing start up environment preferred
