A distinct opportunity for a young finance professional to be a part of an internationally renowned chain of - members only- business clubs (- Business Club- ) in India and abroad.  - The Business Club is a - by invitation only- members club comprising business leaders, rising corporate professionals, entrepreneurs and trendsetters across industries  - Encased in a world class service and hospitality environment, the Business Club endeavors to act as a platform to drive to drive Professional Growth, Innovation and Entrepreneurship   - Each club aims to have a membership base of 2,000 members with entrepreneurship, innovation & creativity as an integral part of selection criteria  - Strategic affiliations and reciprocal usage arrangement with similarly-positioned clubs across the globe will further enhance value of its membership   The first Business Club is currently under development in the city of Mumbai and will be operational by October 2017. As part of the first phase of expansion, two clubs in Delhi NCR and Bangalore are also being conceptualized.   The Finance Manager will report to the CEO and her/his key responsibilities include:  - Establish and implement financial reporting systems  - Formulating budgets and contributing in key strategic decisions with the senior management  - Working closely with the business and achieving key financial and commercial objectives  - Financial Controlling (Monitoring & Reporting)   - Laying out short and long term plans and being actively involved in the key business decisions of the management  - Coordination and preparation of regulatory reporting & statutory auditing (internal & external)  - Working closely/coordinating with various authorities to procure licenses/approvals  Candidate Profile:  - The ideal candidate will be a CA/ICWA with 5-10 years- post qualification experience in hospitality, retail, food or FMCG space with at least 2 years in a managerial position/level  - The candidate should have handled a business support role and have hands on experience in the Financial planning and analysis space  - Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation in hospitality space
