Job Description :

The ideal candidate will help determine financial strategy and policy, arranging the appropriate funding and managing financial risks in the organization. He will be an official point of contact for all financial matters:

1. Preparation of financial statements like Balance sheet, ROI, profit and loss, cash flow statements etc.

2. Liaise with the Reserve Bank of India, and be responsible for all NBFC compliances

3. Liaise with partners and do account reconciliations

4. Prepare financial year-end schedules, including debtors and creditors, and ensure all accounting requirements, up to and including trial balance, are complete.

5.Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting

6. Liaise with and assist the external auditor in respect of annual financial statements and related matters.
