Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Finance is responsible for all financial operations of the company, providing strategic, tactical guidance to the ownership, board of directors, and management team, while overseeing The Co's daily financial activities. This position also utilizes finance and budgeting metrics to set, measure, and maintain appropriate financial initiatives for the company and main driver in defining and maintaining all department KPI's. The VP of Finance is a key role of the senior management team.

Key Highlights:

- Experience in a manufacturing and consumer background preferably in direct to consumer/ Logistics and retail with strong understanding of margins

- Experience with operational and IT functions in identifying efficiencies and restructuring to meet scaling demands and instituting new or upgrading and integrating systems

- Experience with modeling various financial scenarios

Key Responsibilities:

- In collaboration with the CEO and other members of the senior management team, create and tactically implement the company's strategic business plan to strengthen the corporation in terms of productivity, quality, delivery timelines, total client satisfaction, and profitability

- Establish and implement corporate financial, accounting, and tax policies, procedures, and structures within the boundaries established by the CEO and board of directors

- Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, analyze, and improve current processes, which impact customer quality and operating efficiency; establish daily, weekly, and monthly methods of communicating such KPIs to the CEO, the board, and senior management team

- Provide administrative and technical direction to all financial operations (corporation, projects, and subsidiaries) to ensure corporate financial data is accurate

- Establish and direct all short- and long-term financial plans and provide leadership to other executives and managers to ensure the financial success within their operational scope

- Participate in the development of short- and long-term corporate goals for ROI, business development, and construction operations and pursuits

- Lead all development, maintenance, and reporting on annual and monthly budgets; work with owners, shareholders, leadership, and budget managers to determine budget corrections

- Lead company-wide analysis in all areas: insurance, asset purchase, salary administration, incentive plans, etc.

- Manage all third party legal resources, oversee legal processes, and SOP review and maintenance, and serve as day-to-day point of contact for owners and leadership in The Co's legal matters, including agreements, and contracts, and other legal matters, as needed

- Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure that accounting activities are in compliance with established legal, regulatory, and company policies

- Support The Co's shareholders, providing financial history, business analysis, and financial recommendations, including profit sharing and dividend decisions

- Oversee the management of The Vendor's accounts, including invoicing and credits

- Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements; communicate such statements to The Co's shareholders, bank, and other stakeholders as required

- Manage annual audit process

- Analyze and manage future financing requirements; seasonal treasury management; handle outside financing inquiries; pursue additional financing as required

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. 7. Past experience in ERP

8. Sharp in financial analysis
