Vice President - Finance - CA

- This position is one of the Senior most leadership role in managing a large Corporate which is a well known group in Tamilnadu having Consumer facing products and good Brand Identity.

- While this position is to handle the entire gamut of Finance & Accounts, it also gives a scope to involve in New projects and expansions over and above the day to day role and ably supported by more than twenty five F & A professionals reporting to the Group The Board.

- The organization / Group is well diversified in offering their own products in both B2B and B2C channels and also a large manufacturing of a range dedicated to White labelling for an MNC.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Looking for a seasoned and strategic finance leader to join the leadership team and spearhead the financial growth. You will oversee all aspects of Groups financial operations, including:

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Leading the development and implementation of long-range financial plans and budgets.

- Accounting & Reporting: Managing and overseeing all accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting.

- Treasury & Risk Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, managing cash flow forecasts, risks, and investments.

- Tax Compliance: Overseeing tax planning and compliance activities.

- Internal Controls: Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls for asset protection and accurate reporting.

- Strategic Insights: Providing financial analysis and insights to support informed decision-making.

- Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of finance professionals.

- Stakeholder Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, senior management, and external auditors.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation with 20+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

- Proven track record of success in leading and managing financial teams and processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at interpreting complex financial data.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in a promoter driven business environment is a plus.

- Understanding of the Indian tax and regulatory environment is essential.

- The position is based at the corporate office near madurai and those willing to relocate only need respond.

- Also looking for candidates who are available to join at a short notice.

- Age not exceeding 50 years and should now hold a leadership role overseeing enture f&a activity.

- Knowledge of tamil language is a must.
