Your Mission:

The Vice President of Finance will be a strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for the financial health of the organization. This role involves managing the finance department, developing financial strategies, and overseeing all financial operations to ensure the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Accounting Management

- Oversee accounting for all subsidiaries and holding corporations.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

2. Accounts Receivable

- Manage accounts receivable processes, including reimbursable revenue.

- Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.

3. Revenue Audit and Accounts

- Conduct revenue audits and maintain revenue accounts.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance in revenue recognition.

4. General Ledger Management

- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the general ledger.

- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.

5. Process Automation

- Lead the automation of processes in all aspects of transaction processing.

- Enhance efficiency and accuracy through technology implementation.

6. FACTS System Management

- Serve as the head of business for the FACTS system.

- Ensure the system meets organizational needs and enhances financial operations.

7. Reconciliations

- Perform and oversee bank reconciliations.

- Manage supplier reconciliations.

- Ensure client reconciliations are accurate and timely.

- Reconcile all liabilities and assets.

8. Business Support

- Provide financial support to business units.

- Assist in book closure activities.

- Conduct monthly financial reviews to monitor performance.

9. Cost Control and Revenue Optimization

- Implement cost control measures.

- Develop strategies for revenue optimization.

10. Budgeting and Forecasting

- Work with RMs and business heads to prepare budgets and forecasts.

- Review and approve business cases, monitor performance against approved business plans and budgets.

11. Incentives Management

- Approve staff incentives and other incentive payouts.

- Monitor airline incentives, ORC, and adhoc payments from a finance perspective.

12. Accruals and Reconciliation

- Advise the accounting team on all accruals.

- Reconcile Hari Om and control accounts (Balance Sheet).

What we're looking for:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant, ICAI with minimum 10 years of experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.

- Proven experience in process automation and system implementation.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
