Financial Leadership:
- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and department heads.

Resource Optimization:

Cash Flow Management and Risk Mitigation:

- Implement appropriate risk mitigation measures and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- Financial Strategy and Business Partnerships:
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the agency's overall business objectives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business development, new ventures, and investment decisions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as financial institutions, investors, and clients.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the finance team and across other departments.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
Skills and requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience as a CFO or in a relevant senior financial management role, showcasing a successful track record in financial leadership and decision-making.
- Risk Management and Corporate Law: In-depth knowledge of risk management practices and a thorough understanding of corporate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
- Data Analysis and Forecasting: Expertise in managing data analysis and forecasting methods to provide accurate financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive business growth.
- Financial Management Software: Proficiency in utilizing financial management software systems and MS Office applications to streamline financial operations, reporting, and analysis.
- Efficient Problem-Solving: Ability to efficiently and effectively solve complex financial problems while minimizing potential losses and maximizing the financial well-being of the organization.
- Strong Leadership: Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate finance teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive financial initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure financial operations run smoothly.
