Position - VP, Vendor Management Finance & Accounting Location - Delhi Experience - 13+ years as a qualified Accountant having significant experience in Finance & Accounting processes and vendor management. Work Days - 5 Responsibilities: 1. Developing policies, standards, and procedures for outsourcing key business processes to a third-party vendor(s). 2. Define, analyze, and assess key performance metrics to ensure vendors meet business needs. 3. Oversees the deployment and implementation of programs and new initiatives. 4. Manages the relationship with third-party vendors at the day-to-day operational level. 5. May have some responsibility for strategic vendor relationship management. 6. Oversees work executed by a third-party vendor. 7. Monitors KPIs for outsourced work, identifies potential challenges or roadblocks, and works back with vendor partners/business to resolve, escalating to the Sr Manager, Vendor Relationships, and business managers if needed. 8. Responsible for delivery of work including Quality, Timeliness and other SLAs, Inventory Management, and other operational metrics. 9. Recommends cost-saving measures as needed. 10. Manages a team of individual contributors who support vendor operations. 11. Defines individual performance objectives and development plans to ensure alignment with project and unit objectives. 12. Prepares presentations or other communication materials (e.g. dashboards) for internal stakeholders, partners, and/or vendors to communicate results and support day-to-day operations.
