Vice President - Finance & Accounts Operations - BPO

- Creating and strategizing business operations that deliver excellent results in the F&A space

- SLA Management, Key stakeholder management, Delivery Management, Vendor Management, People management

- Transitioning of work including relevant migration of operations work.

- Managing stakeholder relationships, and propagate the use of the Business Operations team.

- Ensuring a value-added experience to all stakeholders by partnering with them and influencing them on business and day to day operational issues and expectations.

- Enforcing that SLA's are met on time.

Candidate Profile :

- 18+ years of overall experience from a Financial Captive (BPO) or large service organizations (BFS)

- Experience in the F&A Operations OR R2R OR P2P OR O2C space (any one of the space is must)

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management
