Currently we have job opportunity with one of our esteemed client for Vice President - Finance and Accounts

Job Title : Vice President - Finance and Accounts (Should be able to handle all aspects of Finance)

Job Location : Vikhroli West, Mumbai

Job Specification:

The selected candidate should have hands on experience in

- Setting up Financial Controls, Budgeting, MIS and Business Plan

- Handling all matters related to Taxation, Direct and Indirect Tax, Advance Tax, VAT, Service Tax, Excise Duty, TDS and Other statutory Compliances

- Planning and Management activities related to completion of Statutory Audits

- Assist external auditors for finalization of six monthly and annual audits

- Preparation of Fund Flow and cash flow forecast for reporting directly to CEO

- Preparation of monthly Profit and Loss Account/Balance Sheet for Management Reporting

- Handling various statutory bodies

- Payroll Management.

Other Qualities Required :

Team Management : Should have the ability to handle the team effectively.

Commercial Sense :

- He is able to understand various business issues effectively. He should have strong business sense and should be able to assist the management in understanding various aspects of business

- He should be Self driven, should have a good value system and have ability to take decision in effective manner(Hands On)

- The candidates should have worked in services industry in the past. Preferable in BFSI sector

- Should be a CA with a maximum age of 35 years.

- Deeper understanding of the guy from previous assignments
