Vice President - Finance & Accounts - CA

About Client :

Our client is one of the biggest brands in the services industry with global presence; a listed company, headquartered in India.

Reporting to the CFO of the company, your responsibilities will include :

- Supervising the accounting and controlling function of various business divisions of the company

- Finalizing accounts using Ind As accounting standards for the listed entity and consolidation

- To oversee implementation of internal financial controls

- Spearhead stakeholder management with banks and financial institutes

- Supervising taxation ( Direct and Indirect)

- Spearheading the M&A activity of the organisation

- Managing and dealing with credit rating agencies

Ideal candidate :

As an ideal candidate you are a CA with 12 + years of experience in a listed company. As an individual you have excellent communication skills; are very strong in stakeholder management, managing teams and display strong business acumen and analytical skills.
