Vice President - Finance & Accounts - BFSI

Position : VP- Finance & Accounts

Qualification : CA / MBA.

Preference : Securities & Broking industry.

Job Description :

- Responsible for entire audit of the company including Statutory Review.

- Steering cash flow and working capital management

- Overseeing banking & finance activities in coordination with bankers.

- Handling direct and indirect taxes; MIS preparations; preparation of submissions at scrutiny assessment level and preparation of project report.

- Heading finance function involves determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, formulating policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial and process controls.

- Overall responsible for Accounts, Taxation and Control functions.

- Managed monthly financial reporting, company's budgeting and forecasting requirements

- Finalization of Balance Sheet of Securities Broking, Commodity Broking and NBFC.

- Ensuring timely completion of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit.

- Ensuring timely filing of various NBFC returns to RBI.

- Ensuring that funds are made available to the organization at the lowest servicing cost from Banks, Financial Institutions and NBFCs.

- Hands on experience of private equity placement.

- Corporate budgeting, valuation, Ratio & Variance analysis, MIS and Cost center report.

- Designing and documenting process for domestic transfer pricing.

- Setting/reviewing process for Daily MIS, quarterly reports, budgetary control for the Company and departments.

- Generating MIS reports for top management and Promoters.

- Successfully implemented cost control measures.
